Yakima Baby is a balanced American Styled Pale Ale. It is based on the Yakima monster recipe but is a little easier on the palate. It uses Golden promise malt as well as Nugget, Simcoe and Amarillo Hops. To brew this recipe, you'll need a kettle that is large enough to give you a batch size of 20 Liters so you'll need to work your calculations out from there.
