This is a classic bavarian Hefe Weizen. The wheat malt provides a lovely tart breadyness, and the Munich Malt provides lovely nutty melanoidin flavours. With the your choice of yeast you will be able to create the classic Banana and Clove notes in the brew. To brew this recipe, you'll need a kettle that is large enough to give you a batch size of 20 Liters so you'll need to work your calculations out from there.
