This malt has a completely different flavour profile to any other base malt on the market. You have to taste it to believe it. When I first tasted a beer brewed with Oat Malt - all my childhood memories of this milky flavoured desert came rushing back to me! I can't for the life of me remember what it was, but the flavour has stuck in my mind until today.
