Use at 0.5 – 1.0g per 25L (use at the upper limit, or more, for very cloudy beer).

Mix with cold water at (fridge temp) at a rate of 1g/200mL. Thoroughly mix for up to 30 minutes & stir the resulting solution into your fermented beer (either in fermenter or keg).

Note: This product is made from the swim bladders of fish and though absent in finished beer may be deemed unsuitable by vegetarians.
